    No. We only test on willing friends and family.

    Typically 1-4 days for UK deliveries. Up toﾠ7 working day for deliveries to the rest of Europe and up to 21 working days for the rest of the world.

  • I have straight hair, can I use you products?
    

    Yes, especially if you’re looking for a more natural way to clean and condition your hair. Go for products aimed at wavy or all hair types.

  • Can you really clean your hair with a conditioner?
    
    It may seem a little strange at first. There are enough gentle surfactants (cleaning agents) in our cleansing conditioner that, when combined with gentle friction created when you massage the product through your hair and scalp, will remove dirt and debris from the hair. This system is particularly beneficial to drier curl types and gives fantastic curl definition.
  • My hair is relaxed, are your products suitable for me?
    
    Absolutely! You will benefit particularly from our gentle sulphate-free cleansing systems and our intense repair conditioner to prevent dryness and help rebuild strength from within the hair shaft.
  • My hair is relaxed, what's the best way to go natural?
    

    Essentially there are only two ways to make the transition from relaxed to natural hair. Either by growing out and waiting until your new growth is at a particular length before cutting the relaxed ends. Or by doing a big chop, which means cutting off the relaxed hair immediately and wearing your hair short for a time with what has become known as a Teeny Weeny Afro (or TWA). Although it is too scary for some others have found it liberating. A TWA can take years off an older woman so she also feels younger. Whichever route you take moisture and conditioning are the keys to making sure your natural hair grows strong, healthy and gorgeously curly.
